Returns + Refunds

 

Effective March 2025

Merchandise cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded if worn.

Pintsizefaith will refund most items within 10 days of delivery provided they are in in the same condition. Have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached, including home decor which must be returned in it's original packaging.

After 10 days you will be eligible for exchange or store credit only at the current selling price.

The following exceptions are in place:

• Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes earrings, caps and face masks.

• Gift cards are Final Sale.

 

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.

The item cannot be worn and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, unworn and clean.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item is not received in the same condition it was shipped ( stained items and/or items that have visibly been worn will not be exchanged or refunded).

Please be sure to reach out to our team if you have any questions regarding sizing before placing your order.

FAULTY ITEMS

Though we are very thorough and inspect every item before it ships, If you received a faulty item, OR The wrong item.( size ) we'll happily replace it. Faulty item(s) must be in its original state, not washed or worn.

The faulty item(s) will be exchanged for the same item you purchased in the same size, fit and color NO EXCEPTION unless your original purchase is no longer available (sold out or no longer restocked) an exchange for another item equivalent in price can be made.

USPS Return Shipping Labels

pintsizefaith will only cover the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty. Any other exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

RETURN LABELS WILL BE SENT with SPECIFIC information to follow ( PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES)

Return shipping labels are sent electronically sent in PDF form.
