MEET THE FOUNDERS
Charlotte, Togo born Canada raised mom of two who calls Chicago home.
A self proclaimed iced coffee connoiseur with an affinity to red lipstick and a knack for finding beauty in the mundane.
She enjoys waking up at 430am, travel, writing and having dance battles with her daughters.
She's married to Artrez, her husband of 16+ years who also happens to be pintsizefaith's co-founder.
Her favorite scripture is psalm 91 and she's about her Father's business.
Artrez a.k.a Trez, hails from the south side of Chicago, a tech guru by day and co-designer by night.
Trez loves to encourage the younger generation to pursue purpose over popularity.
Well versed in the book of James ( The New International Version). He's been dubbed the " bishop" by his peers, because he's always ready to preach.
When he's not running the business with his wife Charlotte, you can find him in his backyard planting seeds for the harvest.
His favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11, he is living proof that God has a very good plan for our lives.

EXCHANGES
WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
The item cannot be worn and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, unworn and clean.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item is not received in the same condition it was shipped ( stained items and/or items that have visibly been worn will not be exchanged or refunded).
Please be sure to reach out to our team if you have any questions regarding sizing before placing your order.
FAULTY ITEMS
Though we are very thorough and inspect every item before it ships, If you received a faulty item, OR The wrong item.( size ) we'll happily replace it. Faulty item(s) must be in its original state, not washed or worn.
The faulty item(s) will be exchanged for the same item you purchased in the same size, fit and color NO EXCEPTION unless your original purchase is no longer available (sold out or no longer restocked) an exchange for another item equivalent in price can be made.
USPS Return Shipping Labels
pintsizefaith will only cover the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty. Any other exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
RETURN LABELS WILL BE SENT with SPECIFIC information to follow ( PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES)
